Terms of return and exchange
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receiving the goods by the buyer. Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.
Return conditions for goods of appropriate quality
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer can return/exchange the purchased goods in 2 cases:
1. The product has a defect: the product was used and one of the following facts is present:
- the manufacturer cannot eliminate the defect at all
- the manufacturer cannot eliminate the defect within 14 days
- after repair, the product becomes significantly different, ceases to perform any functions.You did not like the product - the product was not used, that is, it is new and no more than 14 days have passed since the day of purchase, not counting the day of purchase - the product type, its consumer properties, all accessories, components and documentation that are included in the product package have been preserved , their packaging, seals, tags and labels are intact.
2. You can return/exchange the product by sending it via Nova Poshta. Delivery and return of money is carried out at the expense of the buyer. Along with the return of the goods, you must send: A copy of the goods receipt, a description of the reason for the return or exchange. According to the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the company can refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality, not subject to return and exchange.
